Terms of Service

Article 1 (Service Overview and Disclaimer of Affiliation)

PokoBuilder (the “Service”) is an independent web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) that analyses images uploaded by users and helps them visualise and manage the images as block-building blueprints.

The Service is a fan-made tool with no commercial relationship with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any other rights holder.

The Service does not distribute, sell, or otherwise provide any in-game data or paid assets. Its sole purpose is to assist users with their own personal creative and building activities.

Article 2 (Accounts and Security)

Users sign in to the Service with a Google account.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

Article 3 (Paid Services and Billing)

• Pro subscription: Users may optionally subscribe to Pro to access additional features and extended blueprint-management capabilities. Fees and billing cycles are as stated on the pricing page.
• Payment processor: All payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy, a specialised payment service provider.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Users can cancel at any time from Settings → “Manage Subscription”; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policy: Because of the nature of digital content and services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if a payment error occurs or the Service suffers a material outage, users may submit a request through the “Request Refund” feature, and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Article 4 (Content and Intellectual Property)

• User responsibility: Users are solely responsible for compliance with copyright and trademark laws regarding any image they upload. The operator bears no responsibility for any legal dispute arising from outputs that infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Ownership: All rights to the Service's code, design, UI, and brand elements belong to the operator.
• Third-party trademarks: Game titles, character names, and similar references mentioned within the Service belong to their respective owners. The Service uses such references solely for the purpose of assisting blueprint conversion and does not commercially exploit them.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

• Actions that place abnormal load on the Service infrastructure, or reverse-engineering attempts.
• Unauthorised data collection using automated scripts or bots.
• Creation or distribution of illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
• Attempts to bypass or damage the Service's security mechanisms.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or guarantee of 100% uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service, or for any consequences caused by a user's infringement of third-party copyrights.

Article 7 (Changes and Termination)

The operator may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in advance within the Service or by email.

If a user continues to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, the user is deemed to have accepted the amendments.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
