Terms of Service

1. About the Service

PokoBuilder (the “Service”) is a web tool that converts 2D images into block-building blueprints for the Nintendo Switch 2 game “Pokémon Pokopia” and helps you organise those blueprints.

PokoBuilder is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or their affiliates.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• No actions that place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• No automated scraping, credential stuffing, or brute-force attempts against redeem codes or any other endpoint.
• No uploading of material that infringes another person's copyright or trademark.
• No illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
• No attempts to circumvent the Service's security mechanisms.

4. Paid Subscription (Pro)

• Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on the Pricing page. Early-access discounts may apply.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If there has been a service outage or other exceptional circumstance, you may request a refund via the “Request Refund” form. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload and blueprints you create. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service itself (code, UI, branding) is owned by the operator. Game trademarks such as “Pokémon” and “Pokopia” belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes to these Terms in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
