PokoBuilder (the “Service”) respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

• Google account (OAuth): email address, name, profile image. Used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Service data: blueprints you create (images, palettes, grids), folders, tags, favorites, and preferences.
• Uploaded images: background removal is performed in your browser, but saved blueprints are stored on our servers (Vercel Blob).
• Payment information: Lemon Squeezy processes card details directly. We only receive the payment status, subscription state, card brand, and last four digits.
• Cookies and similar technologies: login session, language preference, and Google AdSense advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To authenticate and secure your account
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To respond to support requests
• To display personalised advertising via Google AdSense

3. Third Parties and Processors

• Google LLC — OAuth sign-in and AdSense ad delivery (including cookie-based personalised ads). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy, LLC — payment processing, invoices, and subscription management. Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Inc. — hosting and blueprint file storage (Vercel Blob).
• Neon Inc. — database hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information until you delete your account. On deletion, your blueprints, folders, and tags are removed immediately and any backups are purged within 30 days. Information required by law (such as tax invoices and payment records) is retained for the period mandated by that law.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information at any time. Most actions are available on the Settings page; otherwise please contact us using the details below.

6. Advertising and Cookies

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Paid (Pro) subscribers do not see ads.

7. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or via email.
